Let’s Play Dungeons & Dragons

Sign-up as a group (4-6 players), by yourself, or grab a friend or two. All are welcome, these D&D events are organized by beginners with casual cooperative play in a unique comfortable setting with helpful guidance from an experienced Dungeon Master. We provide everything you need to play, so just bring your imagination and your sense of adventure.

No Commitment Needed.

These are designed one-shot adventures so there’s no commitment needed, but once you get a taste of it, it’s going to be difficult not to come back. It’s also great for players who’d like to experiment playing different characters. We supply over 30+ pre-rolled characters to choose from and include a player folder to keep your characters sheets and magical items neat and tidy.

The Finest Meat & Cheeses

What would an adventure be without food? Well, we’ll make sure you’ve got food in your belly. Oh, and if you need something to drink, there’s a cash bar and you can even buy “potions” to use in the game. Be careful though, there may be side effects.

All this fun, hosted at The Chef’s Table located at 500 S 3rd St in Milwaukee. (6pm-10pm) Ages 21+ only

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. If you’re unable to attend a session you have a ticket for, simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance and you’ll be able to transfer the ticket to another one of our dates.

April 26 - Next Level D&D

Hello adventurers.

We've turned up the heat a little bit and looking to challenge our Next Level players with an event that has some world changing consequences. That's why this session is only for those players who have a leveled-up character through the Dragon's Sandbox Next Level loyalty program.

FYI: This ticket doesn't complete your registration, you also need to purchase a wristband for the day or one of the convention badges prior to the day of the event. It's a popular convention so getting in early is key. If possible, get your badges or wristbands Friday night which will make getting in a lot easier on Sunday. Last year there were very long lines for people purchasing day of... you don't want that. Buy them here.

We'll be in the downstairs ballroom which will be labeled the Tabletop Village.

Your Questions, Answered

  • For the most part I’d say “no”. If you’ve adventured with us before and have a Player Folder, that would be good to bring. If it’s your first time playing with us then we’ll have everything you need for your adventure.

    If you like to keep notes, it might be a good idea to bring a notebook, we’ll even provide the pencil.

  • Any notifications we get 24 hours prior to the session start time, the ticket can be transferred to another session. We do not offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.

  • Currently we are without a space of our own so the best way to contact us is to email dm@dragons-sandbox.com with any questions, suggestions, feedback, and requests. If you are on our Discord server you can ask the Dungeon Masters questions there.
